          맥북프로 2018 터치바 모델, big sur 에서 사용중입니다.


          아무런 작업을 하지 않은 상태에도 약 20분간 egpu가 꺼졌다 켜졌다를 반복하는 문제가 있어 a/s 를 용청하고 싶습니다.

           

          시리얼 넘버는 4865598 인데, 블랙매직 본사쪽에 연락해보니 구입 영수증을 확인해야 한다하며 이쪽으로 문의를 하면 알려준다고 합니다.

           

          1. 구입 영수증 확인이 가능한지,


          2. a/s 따로 신청이 가능한지, 하면 어떤식으로 진행되는지 알려주셨으면 합니다.

          Hi

          I'll look for the receipt. But it is difficult because my ex-coworker bought this and he quit so it is hard to get in touch with him at this moment.
          There are over 11 resellers, so I am not sure which to contact. 

          My MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) is a 13-inch model. Could it be that there is a voltage related problem? I am using it while connected to external power on my macbook.

          Thanks for your advice.

          The unit was sold to our distributor for South Korea.

          The eGPU comes with 1 year warranty, they will know when the unit is sold to you.

          Kindly contact them for warranty matters.

          And I lost receipt and hard to find it.

          In this case, it is hard to get your service?

          Hi

           

          I am not sure where the serial key is written.

           

          So I send photos that have the number at the bottom of the product.

           

          and I tested the device using 3 power cables and 2 Thunderbolt 3 cables.

           

          Cause I dont have and test with other mac, I will test this after backup my date and reinstall os.

           

          But I think this problem will happen again.

          Firstly, for the purpose of product verification, can you please provide the serial number of your product?

          I would suggest the following:

          1. Change another IEC (Power cable), check if the issue persist

          2. Change another thunderbolt 3 cable, check if the issue persist

          3. Plug in the eGPU to another Mac, check if the issue persist

          Enquiry: I use macbook pro 13 (2018) and use Big sur only.

          I connected the device via a Thunderbolt 3 cable.

          Before that, I connected the power cable to the device and the white light went on and off briefly with the sound of the switch turning on.

          Sometimes the device connects to the MacBook and I can see that the device is connected by a white light.

          However, the device is forcibly disconnected soon. (It seems to be connected in about 15 minutes)

          If I connect and disconnect the wire or turn the power off and on, it can be connected, but I don't know what's wrong.
